How to sign up for SmartFeedback

Welcome to SmartFeedback! Follow these simple steps below to create your SmartFeedback account and start collecting feedback to improve your Customer Experience.

Step 1. Begin the sign-up process

To get started, click on the Get Started button, or simply visit SmartFeedback Sign Up. This will redirect you to the sign-up page where you can create your new account. Fill in the required information, including your email address and a secure password.

Step 2. Complete the wizard

After entering your details, you'll proceed through a brief setup wizard, e.g., input your organization name and specify your business location. This information helps us provide a tailored experience for your business!

Step 3. Enjoy SmartFeedback

After successfully activating your account, you can either close the wizard to access the Dashboard or click on the Create survey now button to start creating your first survey right away!
