How to reset a forgotten password

If you've forgotten your password during the Log In process (Log In), follow these simple steps to regain access to your SmartFeedback account:

Step 1. Click forgotten password

On the login page, click on the Forgotten Password button. This will take you to the password recovery page.

Step 2. Enter your email address

• Provide the email associated with your SmartFeedback account.
• Ensure it's the same email you used during sign-up.

Step 3. Submit your request

Click on the Reset button. We will immediately send an email with instructions to reset your password.

Step 4. Check your email

Find the email from SmartFeedback in your inbox and click the link provided to set up a new password.

💡 Tip: If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 5. Set up a new password

Follow the link in the email to create a new, secure password for your account.

Step 6. Log in with your new password

After resetting, return to the login page, and use your new password along with your email to access your account.
