How to integrate your business location with Google business profile (GBP)

SmartFeedback's integration with Google business profile (GBP) allows you to seamlessly connect your customer feedback with your Google business listing. This integration helps you manage your online reputation and encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews on your GBP.

Step 1. Access the business location settings

  • Click the Settings button in the sidebar
  • Select the Business Location tab

Step 2: Connect with Google business profile

  • Locate the business location you want to connect
  • Click the Connect with Google button
  • In the popup window, paste a review link from the corresponding GBP for your location

Step 3. Save your changes

Click the Update button

Before you begin, ensure you have:

  • An active Google business profile for your business location
  • Owner or Manager access to your Google business profile

If you have multiple business locations:

  • Connect each location individually to its corresponding Google business profile.
  • Ensure accurate matching between business locations in SmartFeedback and Google listings.
  • Monitor and manage reviews for each location separately.
