How to change your profile information and email

Customize your SmartFeedback account by updating your profile information. You can easily change your first name, last name, and email for a more personalized experience. Follow these steps:

Step 1. Access your profile

• Click on the user icon in the top right corner of the dashboard.
• Select Profile from the dropdown menu.

Step 2. Update your information

• In the profile window, enter your new first name and last name.
• Update your email address as needed.

Step 3. Save your changes

Once you've made the desired changes, click the Save button to update your profile.
