How to change your password

Follow these steps to change your password:

Step 1. Access your profile

• Click on the user icon in the top right corner of the dashboard.
• Select Profile from the dropdown menu.

Step 2. Change your password

In the profile window, click Reset your password via email button. We will immediately send an email with instructions to reset your password.

Step 3. Check your email

Find the email from SmartFeedback in your inbox and click the link provided to set up a new password.

💡 Tip: If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 4. Set up a new password

Follow the link in the email to create a new, secure password for your account.

Step 5. Log in with your new password

After resetting, return to the login page, and use your new password along with your email to access your account.
