Within each Organization in SmartFeedback, you can create separate business locations.
Each business location serves as a dedicated space to:
- Collect customer feedback and boost the online reputation specific to that location
- Analyze feedback data exclusively for that particular business location
- Track key customer experience metrics like NPS, CSAT, and CES scores tailored to that location
- Organize and manage integration settings specific to that business location

Adding business locations
Step 1. Access the business location tab
- Click the Settings button in the sidebar menu
- Select the Business Location tab, click Add Business Location
Alternatively:
- Click the Dashboard button in the sidebar menu
- Click Add Business Location
Step 2. Name your business location
- Enter the name of your new business location
- Click Create

Editing business location name
Step 1. Access the business location tab
- Click the Settings button in the sidebar menu
- Select the Business Location tab
Step 2. Update the business location name
- Click the three dots icon next to the business location you want to edit
- Select Edit
- Enter the new business location name in the pop-up window
Step 3. Save your changes
- Click the Update button to update your business location's name

Deleting business location
Step 1. Access the business location tab
- Click the Settings button in the sidebar menu
- Select the Business Location tab
Step 2. Delete the business location
- Click the three dots icon next to the business location you want to delete
- Select Delete
- In the pop-up window, confirm by typing the business location name
- Click Delete to permanently remove the business location
⚠️ Warning: Deleting a business location is irreversible and will remove all associated surveys, responses, and integrations.
