Adding and managing business locations

Within each Organization in SmartFeedback, you can create separate business locations.

Each business location serves as a dedicated space to:

  • Collect customer feedback and boost the online reputation specific to that location
  • Analyze feedback data exclusively for that particular business location
  • Track key customer experience metrics like NPS, CSAT, and CES scores tailored to that location
  • Organize and manage integration settings specific to that business location

Adding business locations

Step 1. Access the business location tab

  • Click the Settings button in the sidebar menu
  • Select the Business Location tab, click Add Business Location

Alternatively:

  • Click the Dashboard button in the sidebar menu
  • Click Add Business Location

Step 2. Name your business location

  • Enter the name of your new business location
  • Click Create

Editing business location name

Step 1. Access the business location tab

  • Click the Settings button in the sidebar menu
  • Select the Business Location tab

Step 2. Update the business location name

  • Click the three dots icon next to the business location you want to edit
  • Select Edit
  • Enter the new business location name in the pop-up window

Step 3. Save your changes

  • Click the Update button to update your business location's name

Deleting business location

Step 1. Access the business location tab

  • Click the Settings button in the sidebar menu
  • Select the Business Location tab

Step 2. Delete the business location

  • Click the three dots icon next to the business location you want to delete
  • Select Delete
  • In the pop-up window, confirm by typing the business location name
  • Click Delete to permanently remove the business location

⚠️ Warning: Deleting a business location is irreversible and will remove all associated surveys, responses, and integrations.
